Hi , I'm the new owner of the Do Zoo hair parlor. I received my education in Europe and have worked in Rome, Munich, Chicago and NYC. During my training, I specialized in skincare and hair. I recently relocated from south Florida, this time focusing on skincare. I wanted to bring the specialized skills I've learned and open another business in Chicago. The Do Zoo hair parlor is the perfect fit-small cozy, and professional. Some clients have said this is one of the friendliest salons in Chicago. Ted comes to us with more creative experience than any 10 stylists would hope to have. He has training in Vidal Sasoon and American Crew, advanced training in both men's and women's cutting and coloring. He was a west coast technical trainer for Gerren of New York and Scott Cole of Atlanta. He has worked in Beverly Hills and San Francisco, and now he is ours! Our gain is the Gold Coast's loss, and we love him.

Having grown up in Lincoln Park and styling hair in the Gold Coast for the past 15+ years, I really am thrilled to have the fabulous opportunity to be back on my old stomping grounds! Educating stylists and salon owners for Aquage and Rusk, my teaching abilities have given me the tools to educate my clients. I listen and work closely with clients so they not only get the look they want, but they can duplicate their new look at home! I keep myself current in hair trends and with the latest cutting and color techniques. Because of this, my clients certainly benefit! I especially enjoy enhancing a new cut with color. Passionate about my work, energetic and with a contagious upbeat enthusiasm, my clients feel pampered while in my chair!
